FAQ: A Night at the Ballpark

How do I register?

Registration is available online and through mail.  Please note, all registrations for grandstand seats and the BBQ Buffet must be received by July 15, 2018.  Pavilion Seating tickets will be available until 6:30pm at the stadium.

Children under 3 years of age do not need a ticket for the game UNLESS you are sitting in the Grandstand and they will need their own seat.  If they can sit on your lap, they are still free.

Registration does not include the BBQ Buffet.  You must purchase the buffet separately at registration. Concession stands will be open throughout the game for those who do not choose the BBQ Buffet option.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be available before the game at the Shades of Pink Registration/Ticket Pick-up table outside the stadium entrance, beginning at 5:30pm.  If you are unable to pick up your tickets before 6:30pm, they will be held at the stadium will-call window.

Are discounts available for large groups?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer large-group discounts.  We have done our best to make the event affordable for everyone.

Is the stadium handicap accessible?

Jimmy John’s Field is handicap accessible.  Guests who require wheelchair seating may contact Jaye Sciullo at 586-215-6903 or jaye@shadesofpinkfoundation.org to check on availability of wheelchair accessible seating in the Grandstand area.  Elevators are available. The Chevy Pavilion is accessible with ramps for easy access.
