Meet the Board member: Frankie Misra

I’m very excited to be a part of the Shades of Pink Foundation, contributing to the organization’s marketing and social media initiatives.

Having grown up in the Metro Detroit area, I have deep respect for the region’s charitable and support programs. I have previously volunteered and piloted efforts for Cranbrook’s Horizons-Upward Bound Program, the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, and Easterseals Michigan.

When I first learned about SOPF and its mission to provide support to breast cancer patients of Southeast Michigan, I immediately became interested in helping the organization carry out its mission. I am humbled and honored to serve an organization that works to alleviate the burdens of breast cancer patients as they face diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
