Caitlin Rayburn, Secretary

Senior Program Manager, Dometic

Caitlin is a dedicated advocate and leader with deep roots in Southeast Michigan. Having spent most of her life in the region, Caitlin has cultivated a strong connection to her community and a passion for impactful causes.

A proud alumna of the University of Michigan, Caitlin played a significant role on the Executive Board of Delta Delta Delta sorority, where they were notably involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This early engagement in philanthropy laid the groundwork for Caitlin’s ongoing commitment to charitable causes.

During her time at Lear Corporation, Caitlin was the chair of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and led efforts to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer. She is driven by a personal connection to the cause—Caitlin’s mother is a breast cancer survivor, an experience that profoundly impacted her life.

Caitlin joined SOPF officially in September 2023, although her involvement with the organization extends back several years. Her long-standing commitment to SOPF reflects her dedication to supporting and advancing the organization’s mission. In addition to serving as Board Secretary, Caitlin is also actively involved with the Zoo Walk Committee.
